What is Telehealth?

Potential Risks

  • Technology failures may interrupt or prevent your session
  • Delays in evaluation and treatment due to technical issues
  • Security risks, despite encryption and security measures
  • Limited physical examination capabilities
  • Potential misdiagnosis due to inability to perform hands-on examination
  • Provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition
